Big Green Egg Tables
I fabricate steel frames, welded by hand, then have them powder coated for a finish that will look great for decades. The 1″ thick cedar boards are sanded then lightly stained and coated with multiple coats of weather resistant Spar Urethane, Rubio Monocoat Hybrid Outdoor Wood Protector, or Odie’s Oil to ensure a quality finish for years outdoor cooking. And yes, I can make Komodo Joe tables too.

Outdoor Wood Finish
Each bbq table is built by hand right here in North Texas. We use North American steel, welded by hand then powder coated right here in McKinney, Texas, by a local powder coating shop with decades of experience. The local cedar wood is hand finished and coated to ensure quality and durability in the elements.
Our standard table has two levels, providing a workspace next to the grill and a shelf for storage on the lower level. The Big Green Egg table features powder coated steel frames, 1″ thick cedar boards, with industrial casters.
You can customize your table with an additional shelf or a cabinet for storage space so your Eggcessories aren’t on display. If you have multiple cookers or would like a larger/smaller table we can make you something custom.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you make a table a Komodo Joe?
Aboslutely! I have in-stock, pre-made tables as they are available, but most tables are made-to-order, so making one to fit your Komodo Joe is the same as making one for a Big Green Egg. And, at no extra cost, you can select any of the colors (and there are a lot) that I have availble for powdercoat. Have multiple cookers and want one table for both? No problem. I can make any size table. Just complete the form below with your requirements.
Will the finish last forever or will i have to maintain it?
Powdercoat is about as durable as it gets, with a decades long life expectancy. In the right conditions it will be a finish that will last generations. The cedar is finished with a spar urethane and while it is designed to hold up well outdoors, depending on exposure the life expectancy varies. In a semi-shaded area with limited sun/rain/wind exposure you can expect a long life. In direct sun/rain/wind you will likely need to refinish your wood every couple of years, like any decking or other wood furniture.
I’m remodeling our backyard and I’m not sure exactly what I need, can you make some suggestions?
Absolutely, that’s the fun part! Include me in your design planning – if you’re a DIY remodeler or a landscape architect or pool installtion company, I can help you compliment your project with custom sized and styled pieces. Your family or client will love their new furniture and it will add additional value to your already great project.
